Torre Bormida is a small village situated in the Langhe region of Piemonte and here one can find the remains of an old castle which dates back to the 13th century. In addition the town has a parish church and a church dedicated to San Luigi. Dates to remember include the Festa Dell Uva in September and the Festa Patronale in August.
The village is home to three D.O.C, wines, Dolcetto d'Alba,Langhe Chardonnay and Langhe Nebbiolo. There are several good restaurants and bars in the area.
